Writing- What are different ways to start a sentence? What is the main idea of your paragraph? What are the steps of the Writing Process?
Grammar- What are the different types of nouns? What are common and proper nouns? What are singular and plural nouns? What are irregular nouns? What are possessive nouns?
Spelling- How do you use a pronunciation key? How do syllables help you with spelling? How many vowels and consonants are in your spelling words?
Vocabulary- Finish Unit One and Start Unit 2
Math- Unit 2- How can you compare and order numbers? How do you round numbers? We will also continue to review place value.
Science- What scientific process skills are you using in an experiment? What are the layers of the earth? How are rocks and minerals connected? How can you model the layers of the earth?
