Alexa's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter
¾ cups of granulated sugar
¾ cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup semi-sweet morsels
1 cup milk chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 375
Combine: flour, baking soda, and salt into a small bowel. In a separate bowl, beat (softened) butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in semi-sweet and milk chocolate morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes

Andrea's Puppy Chow
9 cups of Chex Cereal (Rice or Corn)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
Melt the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips together. (in the microwave is fine) Pour the melted mixture over the Chex cereal, coating the cereal. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the covered cereal. Transfering the cereal to a zip lock baggy or a paper bag with the powdered sugar and shaking it to coat works really well.

Rachel's Apple Poppers
1 box of Stouffer's Harvest Apples
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Jamaican allspice
30 mini pastry shells
1 rolled pie crust
Sprinkle of sugar
Dash of milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix apples, sugar, and Jamaican allspice in a bowl
Cut pie crusts into pastry shells
Spoon apple mixture into pastry shells
Place pie crust strip onto pastry shells
Brush milk onto crust and sprinkle with sugar
Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees

Dawson's Dirt Cake
20 oz. package of Oreo Cookies
8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 2stick of margarine
3 1/2 cups milk
2- 3 1/2 oz. packs of instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
Crush Oreos in blender. Mix cheese, margarine, and sugar in large bowl until blended. Add pudding and milk. Beat on low until thick. Stir in Cool Whip. Starting with Oreo crumbs, layer crumbs then layer pudding mixture. Use all mixture, but end with Oreos so they will be on top. This takes a very big bowl like a trifle bowl or punch bowl.

Savannah's Trail Mix
This makes a great school or party snack. All the the ingredients are dry and don't need to be in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
1/2 box or 5 cups Chex Rice cereal
1/2 box or 5 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
1 (16 oz) box or 2 cups raisins
1 (14 oz) bag or 2 cups plain M&M's
1/2 (16 oz) bag or 5 cups of pretzels sticks
1/2 (16 oz) can or 2 cups cocktail peanuts
** You can add or change any of these ingredients to your own preference.
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine each ingredients. Use 2 large salad spoons to mix the ingredients together. Use a 2/3 c. measuring cup to divide out each serving. Yields about 23 servings.
** You can easily double or half the recipe depending on the amount of people you are serving.

Ricky's Meatballs
2 Pounds ground sirloin
2 Cups of bread crumbs
3 Eggs
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
Use hands to knead all ingredients together.
Use ¼ cup measuring cup to scoop meat.
Take the meat and roll into a ball.
Heat 2½ cups of oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, place meatballs into the oil.
Place paper towels on a plate.
Put a strainer on top of the paper towels.
When the meatball is nice and brown, turn it over to brown the other side.
When both sides are brown, take meatball and place it into the strainer to drain excess oil.
Let cool slightly, eat and enjoy.
Meatballs can be served with macaroni or as a sandwich.
Serving size is 2 dozen meatballs.

MICHELLE"S APPLE, PECAN & BLUE CHEESE SPREAD
1 container (8 oz.) of light cream cheese spread
1/2 cup of reduced fat or light sour cream
1 rome beauty apple, finely chopped
1/4 cup of Crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/4 cup of chopped toasted PLANTERS pecans

JULIET'S MARSHMALLOW FUDGE
Butter a 9x9" pan.
In a medium saucepan, stir:
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add:
2 cups marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Stir until melted and smooth.
Then, add:1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour into buttered pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
Makes about 36 small fudge squares.

GRANT'S CREAMY TACO DIP
1 pound (16 ounces) VELVEETA cheese, cut up
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
1 package ( 1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Microwave all ingredients in 2-quart microwavable bowl on HIGH 5 minutes or until cheese is
melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve hot or cold with chips. Makes 3 1/2 cups

Bryce's Éclair Cake
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
Frosting:
1 cup sugar 1/3 cup cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup milk ¼ cup butter
Mix together pudding and milk. Add Cool Whip and beat until smooth. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan and line with whole graham crackers. Pour ½ pudding mixture over crackers; add another layer of crackers, rest of pudding, another layer of crackers (3 layers crackers and 2 layers pudding)
Frosting: Combine sugar and cocoa. Mix well; add milk and beat until smooth. Bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and butter and vanilla. Stir until cool. When cool, beat until smooth and thick enough to spread. Spread on cake. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.

DAPHNE’S DOG BISCUITS by Matthew
3/4 cup of hot water
1/3 cup of margarine
1/2 cup of powdered milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg, beaten
3 cups of whole wheat flour
In a large bowl pour hot water over the margarine.
Stir in powdered milk, salt and egg.
Add flour, ½ cup at a time.
Knead for a few minutes to from stiff dough.
Pat or roll to ½ inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes or use a cookie press.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool.
They will dry out quite hard.
Makes about 1 1/4th pounds of biscuits.
Costs around 30 cents per pound.

D.J.'s Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesepie
INGREDIENTS
3 pkges 8 oz.cream cheese, soft
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi-sweet choc., divided
1 pkg.graham cracker crum crust
2 tablespoon whipping cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven 450F. Beat cream cheese and sugar in lg. bowl unitl well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1-2 cups mini choc.chips; pour into crust. Bake 10 min. Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250; continue baking 30 min. or just until set. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high 20-30 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly; spread over top of cheesepie. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesepie.

C.J.'s French Toast Casserole
5 cups of bread cubes
4 eggs
1½ cups of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
¼ teaspoons of salt
1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of soft margarine
1½ teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of sugar
Preheat oven to350 degrees.
Butter on 8x8 inch pan
Line bottom of bread cubes in large bowl beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with margarine. Let stand 10 minutes.
Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake 45-50 minutes until top is brown.

Christopher's One Pan Banana Bread
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degreees.
Generously grease bottom of loaf pan.
Mash ripe bananas
Stir all ingredients in pan with a fork until moist.
Beat vigorously 1 min.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean-about 55 minutes.
Cool 5 min.
Run knife around sides of loaf to loosen, remove from pan(if loaf sticks to pan, press gently on sides of loaf with knife or metal spatula)
Makes 1 loaf.

Calvin’s Kentucky Pie
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate morsels melted
1 cup sifted self-rising flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter melted
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of chopped pecans
2- 9” deep dish unbaked pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine eggs, sugar, and melted chocolate in a large bowl. Add flour into mixture well stirring in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Serve.

Briera's Dump Cake
pre-heat oven to 450
Ingredients:
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 box of yellow cake mix ( try pillsbury classic or with pudding)
1 squeeze bottle of "I cant believe its not butter"
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoons of food color
1/10 vanilla extract
1/3 cup of oil
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of sprite
1 package of pecan halves( optional)
Order
1. dump cans of fruit in bottom of square baking pan( do not drain)
2. spread over bottom of pan
3. sprinkle cake mix over fruit & spread evenly
4. squeeze butter over cake mix ( cover as much as possible)
5. take as many pecans as you would like and cover them in butter and and warm them in the microwave set them aside not onthe cake yet will be put on last
6. bake cake in oven until cake mix browns
7. check cake every 10-15 min and while the cake is baking if you see bare spots in the cake add more butter
8. when cake is brown remove from oven
9. finally p lace pecans on top of the cake

BEN’S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Heat oven to 400 degrees F, and grease bottoms of muffin cups.
Ingredients:
Muffin mix
¾ cup milk ¼ cup oil 2 eggs 1/3 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Drain 1/3 cup blueberries; rinse and set aside
2. Stir Muffin Mix ,milk, oil, and eggs in medium bowl just until blended. Gently stir in blueberries.
3. Divide batter among muffin cups (about 2/3 cup full). Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Enjoy!!!!!
